After the first ODI, where Australia gave a big but par target to India of 289  with the help of few good innings from Usman Khawaja, Shaun Marsh, Peter Handscomb and a nice finishing touch from Marcus stoinis.  India lost the match by 34 runs after quick lose of wickets including a precious one of Virat Kohli. Somehow MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma tried to handle the match on their own but due to a controversial decision from Umpire, MS Dhoni got out after scoring a slow 96 ball 51 run. Even after a nice knock from Rohit Sharma India stayed short by 34 runs. After that, a lot of questions were raised on Ms Dhoni because of his slow scoring rate forgetting that he came to play under a very unusual circumstance where India were 3 down on only 4 runs.

But, tonight MS Dhoni played a brilliant match-winning inning after a 39th ODI century from Skipper Virat Kohli. Australia were good in the batting tonight too and they gave a huge target of 299 to India. Despite, good batting from Australia, Bhuvneshwar Kumar had a good game and took 4 wickets including the Australian skipper Aaron Finch.

But in the end, all the praises goes to MS Dhoni. The match was getting crazier with every ball at the end and Team India had to score more than run per ball so yes, the pressure was on them more than Aussies but with MS Dhoni on crease, there was a relief in every Indian as everyone’s know how good Msd is at finishing a tight match. He played according to his role without disappointing the fans and the traditional Msd last over six from him made it sure that India wins the match. At last MS Dhoni with help of Dinesh Kartik took India home safely.

He backs himself to hit those big hits. Hats off to him and Dinesh as well”.
