Indian Cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul are likely to get suspended after making Sexist comments on filmmaker Karan Johar’s show ‘Koffee With Karan’ that was streamed four days ago. “You are just watching and observing how they move,” Hardik Pandya said. “As I said, I am a little from the black side, so I have to see how they move first.”

He also revealed how he told his parents about losing his virginity. Meanwhile, Rahul recounted being caught by his parents with condoms in his pocket.

On social media, these comments have largely been deemed as “cringeworthy” and “disgusting”. Insiders say “this is not a legal issue at all. This is about BCCI’s own Code of Conduct for cricketers. This is simply a waste of time.

Although Hardik Pandya went on to tweet an apology, But CoA chairman Vinod Rai wrote an email to Edulji and Johri, saying: “The apology has obviously been drafted by the agency. Doesn’t appear sincere.

Sources say that Rai’s views were based on the logic that Rahul remained relatively guarded while Pandya did most of the talking.

Captain Virat Kohli and Coach Ravi Shastri are still waiting for written orders of suspension from BCCI.
